围绝经期综合征病因病机分析

摘　　要：围绝经期综合征是妇科临床常见病,由于卵巢功能衰退引起内分泌失调、植物神经功能紊乱而出现一系列临床症状。认为本病发病是以肾虚为病理基础,以气郁、痰浊、瘀阻为发病重要病因,以脏腑功能失调、阴阳不交、虚实兼夹、寒热并存为病理改变,其病变脏腑涉及肾、肝、心、脾、肺,而以肾为先。肝郁是围绝经期综合征发病的关键,脾虚、心神不宁是加重本病发生的重要原因。Perimenopausal syndrome is a common gynecological disease due to ovarian failure caused by endocrine disorders,autonomic dysfunction and a series of clinical symptoms.This disease is that renal deficiency is the pathological basis,qi stagnation and phlegm and blood stasis are the important cause of morbidity,and functional disorder of zang and fu,imbalance between yin and yang,asthenia and sthenia inclusion,and coldness and heat concomitance are the pathological changes.The pathological zang and fu involve in kidney,liver,heart,spleen and lung,especially kidney first.Stagnation of liver-qi is the incidence key of perimenopausal syndrome,and splenic asthenia and not peaceful in mind are the important reasons for increasing.
