摘　　要：以复合率作为评价指标,在单因素考察的基础上,应用星点设计结合效应面法优化普伦斯特磷脂复合物的制备工艺。结果表明,在磷脂-药物重量比为3:1,25℃复合5 h的优化条件下,能获得复合率为(96.4±1.2)%的普伦斯特磷脂复合物。Based on the single factor experiment, the process for the preparation of pranlukast-phospholipid complex was optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology with the binding ratio as index. The results showed that the optimized complex prepared at 25℃ for 5 h with the phospholipid/pranlukast weight ratio of 3 ： 1 had a binding ratio of （96.4±1.2） %.
