摘 要:分析了国内外纺织品耐光色牢度测试标准的差别和存在的问题,综述了国内外对纺织品色牢度测试的理论和测试技术研究成果与进展。提出了一种可通过对蓝色羊毛标准的日晒褪色程度、灰卡色差的测定研究,采用先进的光电测试技术,用数据表达来取代采用蓝色羊毛标准的人工对照评定面料的耐光色牢度级别的方法。使测试更科学、准确、客观、便捷,以适应对面料耐光色牢度客观数字化评价的要求。The differences between the national and international standards for the textiles color fastness to light/sunlight and the related problems are analyzed in this article; the theories of textiles testing for color fastness to light/sunlight and the current research progress of the test techniques are also summarized. Based on the review of current researches, a new method is presented through the measurement of the light fading level of traditional blue wool reference patches and the color difference of each grey scale cards, introducing the advanced photo-electrical technology to replace the traditional blue reference patches and subjective evaluation method. It can make the textiles color fastness assessment more objective, accurate, and convenient. The investigation can improve the standards of color fastness to light/sunlight and satisfy the requirement of technology development and the market demanding.
