摘　　要：分析了影响牛仔布耐摩擦色牢度的因素,通过正交试验方法设计碱煮练工艺,研究制定了如下工艺流程:纱线进锅→加煮练液→升温到100℃保温40min→90℃以上水洗5 min×3次→冷水冲洗→烘干,比较发现该流程可以有效地提高牛仔布耐摩擦色牢度。In this paper are analyzed all the factors affecting colour abrasion fastness of denim fabric, and through orthogonal test, a new alkali scouring process is designed with the following technical process worked out： yarn into the pot→ adding boiling agent→ rising temperature to 100℃ and keeping it at 40min→washing three times at more than 90℃-＋rinsing with cold water→dried. The result shows that the process could improve colour abrasion fastness of denim fabric effectively.
