摘　　要：在测试珍珠纤维性能的基础上,针对所要开发服装的品种,研制开发了4.9tex×2 65/35棉/珍珠纤维混纺纱线,确定了纺纱工艺参数,介绍了各工序采取的技术措施,解决了珍珠纤维强力低、断裂伸长小、纺纱过程易脆断等问题。A 4.9tex x 2 cotton/pearl fiber blended yarn （65/35） is developed based on pearl fiber property test. Spinning process parameters are determined with adopted technical measures in various process described, which solved the problems as low pearl fiber strength, small elongation and easy yarn brittle, etc. in spinning.
