摘　　要：结合国内外纺纱设备纺制CJ1.62tex纱的生产实践,介绍了采用维纶纤维的载体纺方法纺制纯棉细特纱的工艺,包括原料选配、各工序关键工艺参数的选择及主要质量指标控制,保证了特细特纱的顺利生产及成纱质量的稳定提高,成纱质量可以满足织造加工要求。By combined the production practice in spinning C J1.62 tex fine yarn on both domestic and overseas spinning equipments, in the paper, is introduced the technology in spinning pure cotton fine rex yarn by vinylon fiber earrirer spinning system, including the material selection, the key parameters of each process and the main quality indexes control to smoothly produce the product and assure the yarn quality. The formed yarn quality can meet the weaving requirements.
