摘　　要：为适应对功能性织物的消费需求及提升企业的市场竞争力,特别开发生产了14.7tex 40/30/15/15天丝/汉麻/羊毛/绢丝混纺赛络针织用纱。介绍了4种纤维的主要特性,并对原料的预处理、混纺比控制提出了解决方案,确定了混纺纱各工序的工艺参数,制定出相应的技术措施,成功实现了混纺纱的顺利生产。In order to adapt consumer＇ s demand for functional fabric and upgrade the enterprise market competitiveness, special product of 14.7tex Tencel/hemp/wool/spun silk （40/30/15/15） blended sirospun knitting yam is developed. The main characters of four kinds of fibers are introduced with technical measures in the pretreatment of the raw material and blending ratio control proposed as well as technological parameters of each process and corresponding technical measures determined. Thus a successful production of the blended yarn is done smoothly.
