摘 要:介绍了精梳棉、麻赛尔纤维和普通粘胶纤维的性能特征,分析了纤维性能对纺纱工艺和成纱品质的影响。经试验和比较,最终确定原料组成和混纺比、纱线线密度和捻度等相关参数。采用流程短、质量稳定的半精纺工序,详细探索了20.8 tex×2 50/30/20 CJ/麻赛尔/粘胶混纺针织纱的工艺方案和技术措施。通过各道工序的严格控制,整个纺纱过程较顺利,成纱风格独特,表面光洁、蓬松,条干均匀且附加值高,可以对企业大规模生产起到很好的指导作用。In this paper, the characters of combed cotton, Jutecell and Viscose fiber are introduced with the influence of the fiber properties on the spinning process and formed yarn quality analyzed. Through tests and comparisons, the parameters as the component of key raw materials, and their blending ratio, yarn linear density and twist are determined. A semi-worsted process of short process and stable quality is adopted with a detailed exploration of the technology program and technical measures in producing CJ/Jutecell/Viscose blended knitting yarn discussed. By strictly controlling each process, the entire production is in smooth, the formed yarn has a unique style with smooth surface, fluffy, evenness and high value-added, which will bring a good reference guide for enterprises.
