摘 要:利用自制的经过透析的羊毛蛋白溶液对棉织物进行抗皱整理。加入交联剂EGDE,在保证耐洗性的前提下,加入柔软剂DT-7730,测试和分析不同浓度柔软剂对棉织物柔软度和抗皱性能的影响。X射线光电子能谱分析表明,羊毛角蛋白溶液作为整理剂对棉织物有很好的吸附交联;EGDE的加入对蛋白整理后织物的耐洗性有很大改善。聚硅氧烷类柔软剂的加入在改善织物柔软度的同时,对进一步改善抗皱性能效果很明显。试验发现,用羊毛蛋白整理棉织物,柔软剂DT-7730浓度为3%时,折皱回复角最大。The cotton fabric was finished with filtered wool keratin solution for anti-creasing. With the addition of EGDE and in the premise of ensuring wash ability and adding softner DT - 7730, the effect of different concentrate of softner on anti-creasing and fabric softness were tested and analyzed. Through X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis, the result shows that wool protein solution as a finishing agent has a good adsorption of cotton fabric, the wash ability of the cotton fabric finished with wool keratin solution is improved remarkably by the addition of EGDE. With the addition of polysiloxane softner, fabric crease recovery can improve further. It is found that cotton fabric finish with wool protein and by adding 3% softner DT-7730 can have largest crease recovery angle.
