新疆兵团相对资源承载力分析

摘　　要：本文采用相对资源承载力理论与计算方法,对新疆兵团1990年-2009年相对自然资源承载力(土地资源)、相对经济资源承载力和综合资源承载力及其变化过程进行测算分析。结果表明,新疆兵团相对自然资源承载力一直处于富余状态,而相对经济资源承载力虽然处于富余状态,但是已经逐渐接近实际人口数量。相对自然资源承载力与相对经济资源承载力的不协调是影响新疆兵团可持续发展的主要问题之一。The paper, adopting the relative resource bearing capacity resource theory and calculation method, made a calculation and analysis of the bearing capacity of opposite natural resources （ land resource） , the bearing capacity of opposite economic re- source and the bearing capacity of synthesis resource and its change process in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps （XPCC）. The result shows that the bearing capacity of opposite natural resources in XPCC has been in a rich remaining status, ahhough the bearing capacity of opposite economic resource is placed in rich remaining status, it has already approached an actual population. One of the main problems that influence the sustainable development in XPCC is the discordant between the bearing capacity of opposite natural resources and the bearing capacity of opposite economic resource.
