抗痫煎剂对戊四氮诱导小鼠癫痫模型的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察抗痫煎剂对戊四氮(pentylenetetrazole,PTZ)诱导小鼠癫痫模型的抗痫作用。方法:先用PTZ腹腔注射造成小鼠急性痫性发作模型,再分别用生理盐水(A组)、苯巴比妥(B组)、抗痫煎剂(C组)灌胃法给药,2次/d,共15天,第16天3组再予PTZ腹腔注射,然后记录痫性发作的潜伏期、痫性发作的级别、持续时间以及惊厥发作次数。结果:抗痫煎剂能明显降低致痫大鼠惊厥潜伏期、发作级别、惊厥持续时间以及发作次数。结论:抗痫煎剂对PTZ诱导小白鼠癫痫模型有较好的抗癫痫作用。Objective：To observe effect of KangXian decoction on mice model of epilepsy with pentylenetetrazol- induced.Method：Mice acute model of epilepsy were made by PTZ with intraperitoneal injection, A group received saline, B group received phenobarbital,and C group received KangXioadecoction,2 times/d,a total of 15 days.Alter 16 days,PTZ were injected again in the three groups and then the incubation period of epilepsy,the level of seizures and the duration and frequency of seizures were recorded.Result：KangXian decoction can significantly reduce the latency of epileptic seizures,attack level,convulsive seizure duration and frequency.Conclusion：KangXian decoction has well effects for mice model of epilepsy with pentylenetetrazol-induced.
