摘　　要：目的:探索痹痛灵颗粒对胶原蛋白诱导性关节炎大鼠的治疗机理。方法:以牛Ⅱ型胶原和完全弗氏佐剂对大鼠进行胶原蛋白诱导性关节炎造模,测定大鼠血清及组织匀浆中IL-2的含量。结果:痹痛灵颗粒具有良好的抑制胶原蛋白诱导性关节炎大鼠血清及组织中IL-2含量的作用,且高剂量组最为明显。结论:痹痛灵颗粒对类风湿关节炎有较好的抑制作用。Objective：To explore therapeutic mechanism of BiTongLing particles on IL-2 of serum and tissue in rats with collagen-induced arthritis.Method：Bovine collagen type II and complete Freund＇s adjuvant caused by collagen-induced arthritis rat model,the serum and tissue levels of IL-2 were determined.Result：BiTongLing particles have a good suppression for the IL-2 levels of serum and tissue in rats with collagen-induced arthritis,and the high dose group is most obvious.Conclusion： BiTongLing particles have good effect for rheumatoid arthritis.
