骨科手术患者睡眠障碍的产生及防治对策

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨科手术患者睡眠障碍的影响因素及防治对策。方法:用自行设计的"睡眠情况调查表"对患者及陪护人员进行问卷调查,评价分析了48例骨科手术患者的睡眠质量、失眠类型、影响因素及防治方法。结果:骨科手术患者睡眠障碍主要发生于新入院及手术前后,并与疼痛、抑郁、身体制动不适、住院环境有关,而与年龄、性别无关。结论:骨科手术患者睡眠障碍可受多种因素影响,应针对不同原因采用相应的护理方法。Objective：To explore sleep disorder and its prevention and control countermeasures of orthopaedic surgery patients. Method：Through questionnaire survey to patient and their accompanied personnel sleep quality, insomnia type and influencing factors of 48 patients were evaluated.Result：Sleep disorder of orthopaedic surgery patients occurred in the new hospital patient and before and after operation.Pain,depression,body braking discomfort and hospital environment were concerned,and had nothing to do with age and sex.Conclusion：Sleep disorder of orthopaedic surgery patients can originate from many factors.Patients should adopt corresponding nursing methods according to different reasons.
