消定膏治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察消定膏治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的疗效。方法:将80例膝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组采用消定膏外搽患处,48小时换药1次,4次为1个疗程;对照组采用双氯芬酸乳胶剂4 g外搽患处,4次/d,20min/次,1个疗程后观察2组患者的疗效和不良反应。结果:2种方法的止痛效果间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05),但消定膏可明显消除膝关节肿胀(P<0.05);2组患者均未见不良反应。结论:消定膏治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的止痛效果与双氯芬酸乳胶剂基本相同,但能更好地减轻膝关节肿胀程度。Objective：To observe clinical effects of XiaoDingGao in the treatment of knee traumatic synovitis. Method：80 patients with knee traumatic synovitis were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group（40 cases）.The treatment group was given XiaoDingGao by external use,and XiaoDingGao must be replaced every 48 hours,4 times as a course of treatment.The control group was given diclofenac acid emulsion by external use,4 times/d,20 min/times.The efficacy and adverse reactions were observed after a course of treatment.Result：The analgesic effects in the two groups was no significant difference （P 〉0.05）,but XiaoDingGao can eliminate knee swelling（P〈0.05）.There were no adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Conclusion：XiooDingGao and diclo- fenac acid emulsion have the same of analgesic effects,but XiaoDingGao can better reduce knee swelling.
