交藤龙牡二仁汤联合艾司唑仑治疗失眠30例

摘　　要：目的:观察交藤龙牡二仁汤联合西药艾司唑仑治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法:将90例失眠患者,按就诊先后随机分为3组,每组30例。对照1组口服西药艾司唑仑1mg,每晚睡前1次;对照2组口服中药交藤龙牡二仁汤,1剂/d;治疗组交藤龙牡二仁汤联合西药艾司唑仑口服。结果:治疗组在稳定情绪,控制睡眠,提高睡眠质量等方面明显优于对照1、2组,有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:交藤龙牡二仁汤联合西药艾司唑仑治疗失眠有很好的疗效。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of JiaoTeng LongMu ErRenTang combined with estazolam in patients with insomnia.Method：90 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into 3 groups （30 cases）. Control 1 group take orally medicine estazolam lmg, every night before bed time;control 2 group take orally medicine JiaoTeng LongMu ErRenTang, once a day;treatment 3 group take orally JiaoTeng LongMu ErRenTang combined with estazolam.Result：The stabling mood,controlling sleep and improving sleep quality in the treatment group are much better than in the control group,and there were significant differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：JiooTengLongMu ErRenTang combined with estazolam has a good effect in the treatment of insomnia.
