摘 要:目的探讨不同凝血活酶试剂对凝血酶原时间(PT)的影响。方法使用正常质控血浆(冻IF品,CPN35001)为样品,购自Human试剂有限公司。试剂R1(购自Dade Behring公司)、R2(购自Maker公司)、R3(购自Human公司),通过A-CL-100自动血凝仪,分别测定凝血酶原时间,对得到的数据进行统计分析,并进行两两比较。结果与R1相比,R2的PT值明显增加,P<0.05;与R1相比,R3的PT值明显减少,P<0.05;与R2相比,R3的PT值明显减少,P<0.05。结论不同凝血活酶试剂的国际敏感指数不同,同一样品测得的凝血酶原时间也存在不同程度的差异。Objective To research the effect of the different thromboplastin reagents on the prothrombin time (PT). Methods The normal quality control plasma (frozen IF products, CPN 35001) purchased from Human Reagent Co., Ltd was regarded as the sample. Through the ACL-100 automatic coagulation analyzer, the prothrombin time was respectively determined by the reagent R1 (purchased from Dade Behring Company), R2 (purchased from Maker Company) and R3 (purchased from Human Reagent Co., Ltd). The obtained results was statistically analyzed and compared. Results Compared with R1, the PT significantly increased for R2 and the PT obviously decreased for R3, P 0.05; Compared with R2, the PT obviously decreased for R3, P 0.05. Conclusion The prothrombin time of the same sample may be different by different thromboplastin reagents with different international sensitivity indices.
