特发性突聋患者焦虑情绪的心理护理

摘　　要：目的探讨特发性突聋患者焦虑情绪及心理护理措施。方法对我科2010年9月至2011年8月收治的156例患者进行系统的心理干预。结果患者住院期间能够积极配合治疗、护理,治疗有效率96.8%,疗效满意。结论护士针对患者不同个性特征和心理状态给予相应的心理护理,避免焦虑情绪对疾病的不良影响,对疾病的康复是至关重要的。Objective To discuss the anxiety in patients with idiopathic sudden hearing loss and the method of mental nursing. Methods Systematic mental nursing was carried out among the 156 cases of patients with idiopathic sudden hearing loss from September in 2010 to August in 2011. Results All the patients responded well to treatment and nursing, and got satisfied effects with treatment efficiency of 96.8%. Conclusion Nurses giving patients individualized mental nursing is crucial to eliminate patients＇ anxiety on adverse effects of idiopathic sudden hearing loss, and to quicken rehabilitation for patients.
