摘　　要：目的总结分析26例冠心病并发心源性休克以及顽固性心力衰竭等患者进行主动脉内球囊反搏术的治疗效果和护理经验。方法回顾性分析26例患者接受IABP后的临床资料,加强术后观察和护理,预防各种并发症的发生。结果在IABP循环支持治疗后,改善了患者的心肌供血、供氧以及减轻心脏负担。结论对主动脉内球囊反搏术的患者实行正确的体位、心理护理、管道护理、皮肤的护理、足背动脉搏动的观察、反搏压的观察及处理等护理措施,可提高患者的生存率,降低并发症的发生。Objective To summarize and analyze the treatment effect and nursing experience of 26 cases by taking intra-aortic balloon pump （IABP）, who had coronary heart disease with cardiogenic shock and heart failure. Methods To analyze retrospectively 26 patient＇ clinical data after taking IABP, to strengthen the postoperative observation and nursing, to prevent complications. Result IABP circulatory support treatment improved the patient＇s myocardial blood and oxygen supply, reduced the burden on the heart. Conclusion Nursing measures such as correct posture, psychological nursing, pipe nursing, skin nursing, dorsum artery pulse observation and anti-pump pressure observation for patients undergoing intra-aortic balloon pump can improve the survival rate and reduce the complications.
