摘　　要：目的探讨鳃裂囊肿及鳃裂瘘管的围手术期护理。方法对鳃裂囊肿及鳃裂瘘管30例患者术前做好心理辅导、健康宣教和局部皮肤护理;术后做好对症护理、并发症观察及伤口护理、出院指导。结果 30例有2例发生伤口感染,经伤口换药后痊愈,30例无出现咽瘘、面瘫等严重并发症。结论严密的围手术期护理可促进鳃裂囊肿及鳃裂瘘管患者的康复。Objective To study the perioperative nursing of 30 cases of branchial cyst and fistula. Methods Complete mental nursing, health education and local skin nursing for 30 cases of branchial cyst and fistula before the operation; Complete symptomatic nursing, complication observation and wound nursing, discharge guidance after the operation. Results 2 of 30 cases had wound infection, but they were cured by the change of dressing. No severe complications were observed, such as pharyngocutancous, facial paralysis. Conclusion Rigorous perioperation nursing can promote patients with branchial cyst and fistula to recover.
