摘  要:采用传输矩阵法对两端对称负折射率缺陷复合光子晶体结构[D(AB)mD]N的透射特性进行了研究。结果表明:当N=2时,该结构透射谱的禁带出现两个完全共振透射峰,当N增加时,每个共振透射峰又分裂为N-1条;当复合光子晶体的层数m逐渐增加时,透射峰的品质因子逐渐提高,且分裂的共振透射峰距离逐渐减少;既为该结构实现高品质的多通道滤波器提供了理论依据,同时也为有效使用禁带提供了基础。当负折射率缺陷层的折射率绝对值增加时,各透射峰向长波方向移动,且缺陷层的折射率与透射峰的波长呈良好的线性关系,可制作所需要的高效多通道光开关。By using the method of optical transfer matrix,the optical transmission properties of compound photonic crystal containing two symmetrical defect layers with negative refractive index at the two ports are studied.The investigation results show that two resonance transmission peaks exist in the band gap in this structure with N=2.Each transmittance peak is split into N-1 when N increases.The Q factor of the transmission peak is advanced and the distances between the splitting transmittance peaks are reduced when m increases.The conclusion is used to multi-channeled filters with high Q factor and makes full use of band gap.The wavelength of each transmittance peak increases when the absolute of refractive index of defect layer with negative refractive index increases.Dependence of the transmission peak wavelength and refractive index of defect layer is linearity,and the appropriate and highly effective optical switches can be gained.
