摘 要:通过野外调查和室内分析相结合,运用相关分析和通径分析等统计方法,研究酸化梨园不同土壤pH梯度下土壤理化性质与土壤酶活性的关系。结果表明:除蔗糖酶仅在5.0~5.5变化趋势最明显外,过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶和脲酶活性在4个pH梯度4.0~4.5,4.5~5.0,5.0~5.5,5.5~6.0下分别表现出明显的层次差异。同时土壤水分和盐分也表现出明显的空间层次差异。土壤酶活性与土壤温度、水分、盐分、pH、各土壤有效养分间相关性较好。就通径分析表明,土壤pH对过氧化氢酶活性的影响最为显著,对蔗糖酶、酸性磷酸酶、脲酶活性的直接效应在很大程度上被通过其他因素对3种酶的间接效应所抵消。pH、铵态氮、交换性钙、交换性镁,水分和盐分的直接作用和相互间的间接作用使其成为影响过氧化氢酶活性的主要因子;速效磷、有效锌、温度是蔗糖酶活性的主要影响因素;有机质、速效磷、有效锌,盐分是影响酸性磷酸酶活性的主要因素;有机质、水分、盐分是影响脲酶活性的主要因素。说明酸化梨园土壤酶活性受土壤pH、温度、水分、盐分和土壤养分等因素的影响,可作为评价梨园土壤肥力的指标。The relationships between soil enzyme activities and soil properties in acidified pear orchards were studied through field investigation and laboratory analysis.The correlation between enzyme activities and soil properties were evaluated by the methods of correlation and path analysis.The results showed that catalase,acid phosphatase and urease were significant differences with the increasement of soil depth in 4.0-4.5,4.5-5.0,5.0-5.5,5.5-6.0 ranges,in addition to invertase in 5.0-5.5 range.Meanwhile,water fraction by volume and NaCl were also.The correlations of the activities of soil enzyme to soil properties were significant or very significant.Soil pH mostly significantly influenced activity of catalase,but the direct effects of pH on invertase,acid phosphatase and urease were to a large extent counteracted by the indirect effects of other factors on them in path analysis.pH,NH4^+-N,exchangeable Ca and Mg,water fraction by volume and NaCl were the main factors for catalase depending on the direct and their indirect effects.Available P,Zn and temperature in degrees celsius were the main impact factors on invertase.The main factors for acid phosphatase were organic matter,available P,Zn and NaCl.Organic matter,water fraction by volume and NaCl were the main factors for urease.So soil enzyme activities which were affected by pH,temperature in degrees celsius,water fraction by volume,NaCl and soil nutrients,could be used as indicators of soil fertility in acidified pear orchards.
