摘 要:对黄河三角洲盐碱地10 a生刺槐林、白蜡林和杨树林土壤可溶性有机氮(SON)进行了研究。结果表明:3种人工林中,刺槐林20-40 cm层土壤SON含量最高,为26.99 mg/kg,与其他林分差异显著;而白蜡林0-20 cm层土壤SON含量显著高于其他林分,为16.71 mg/kg。3种林分0-20 cm土壤SON含量占TSN的百分含量分别为50.99%,47.06%和59.99%,差异显著(P<0.05);20-40 cm土壤SON占TSN百分含量范围为55.9%~59.01%。相关分析结果表明,土壤SON与土壤TSN、无机氮、全氮呈极显著相关性(P<0.01),与土壤有机质呈显著相关(P<0.05),与土壤全盐量呈负相关。Soluble organic nitrogen(SON) is recognized as a sensitive of forest soil nitrogen status.In this study,the contents of soluble organic nitrogen in Robinia pseudoacacia,Fraxinus chinensis and Populus tomentosa plantation in saline land of the Yellow River delta.In this study,among the three forest stands,Robinia pseudoacacia had a significantly higher content of soil SON in 20-40 cm soil layers,being 26.99 mg/kg,while in 0-20 cm soil layers of Fraxinus chinensis had a significantly higher content of soil SON(P〈0.05),the SON was 16.71 mg/kg.The proportion of SON to total soluble nitrogen(TSN) in 0-20 cm soil layer was 50.99%,47.06% and 59.99%,in 20-40 cm soil layer was from 55.9% to 59.01%.Soil SON was significantly correlated with TSN,NO3^--N,NH4^+-N,total soil N(P〈0.01),correlations with soil organic carbon(P〈0.05),negative correlation with soil salinity.
