摘　　要：信赖利益的实质是一种消极利益,包括交易成本或费用以及机会损失。信赖利益损害赔偿应从履行利益和非财产性损害赔偿两方面考量,在遵循损害赔偿规则的前提下,对非财产性损害赔偿的范围要严格把握。Reliance interest is actually a kind of negative interest,including transaction costs,expenses,and loss of opportunity.Compensation for damages of reliance interests should be considered through fulfilling the interests and non-property damages.Under the premise of following the rules of damages,the range of non-property damages should be strictly mastered.
