摘　　要：随着信息技术和互联网技术的发展,知识共享已经成为知识管理的一个必要过程。在Web2.0的时代,博客作为知识管理中一个有用的知识共享平台已经引起了越来越多的重视。文章在分析463份调查问卷的基础上,研究探讨了信任和博客知识共享行为之间的关系,发现了信任的不同维度对博主的信任和他们之间的知识共享行为的关系。实证结果表明:博主之间的信任、基于经济基础的信任、对博客服务提供方的信任等都对博主之间的知识共享行为有显著的正向影响。knowledge sharing is seem as one of the essential processes for knowledge management, along with the internet and information technology development. As a Web2.0 technology, blogs are gaining attention as useful knowledge sharing platforms for knowledge management in a collaborative work environment. Based on an analysis of results from the 463 survey respondents, this study investigates the relationship between trust and bloggers＇ knowledge sharing practices, and finds that there is the positive relationship between bloggers＇ trust and their knowledge sharing practices. This study explores trust in multiple dimensions including economy-based trust, trust in bloggers, and trust in the Internet and trust in blog providers. Results expect multiple dimensions including economy-based trust, trust in bloggers, and trust in blog providers are strongly linked to bloggers＇ knowledge sharing.
