摘 要:高氮钢是钢铁材料研究的一个新的重要领域,其巨大的商业应用前景和战略价值已经显现.本文以自行研制的无镍高氮奥氏体不锈钢为试验对象,系统地研究了材料的加工工艺性,包括加工硬化、表面粗糙度、车削和铣削的切削力、刀具磨损等;通过钻孔和攻丝,初步探讨了材料的孔加工特点.研究获得了无镍高氮钢的加工硬化特性,切削力和表面粗糙度的变化规律;认为50~75 m/min是硬质合金刀具合理的切削速度范围;刀尖强度是影响刀具寿命的最重要因素之一;孔加工刀具宜取较大的后角,减少了后刀面与加工面的摩擦,且不宜选择高速钢刀具.For the market prospects and strategic significance,high nitrogen steel increasingly shows its importance in the study of steel materials.The machinability of nickel free high nitrogen austenite stainless steel,which was developed by the authors,was studied including work hardening rate,surface roughness,tool wear and cutting force of turning and milling operation.Experiments of drilling and tapping had conducted to investigate the cutting characters of holes making.Work hardening characters of the tested material and the variation of cutting force vs.surface roughness had been obtained.The cutting speed in the range of 50~75 m/min is suitable for using carbide tool.The strength of tool nose was one of the most important factors determining the tool life. Higher clearance angle was proposed for hole-machining cutters.High speed steel tool was unsuitable for cutting the tested material.
