重组人干扰素αlb联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果.[方法]186例手足口病患儿随机分为三组：Ⅰ组肌注干扰素α1b（6～20 μg）,同时静脉滴注炎琥宁[10 mg/（kg·d）],每日1次,连用3 d;Ⅱ组单用干扰素;Ⅲ组单用炎琥宁,用法用量同Ⅰ组.观察所有患儿的退热时间、手足皮疹、口腔溃疡痊愈时间.[结果]Ⅰ组总有效率明显高于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组之间无显著性的差异（P〉0.05）;Ⅰ组在退热时间、手足皮疹、口腔溃疡愈合时间均优于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组之间无显著性差异（P〉0.05）.[结论]干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿手足口病明显优于单用干扰素或单用炎琥宁,且疗效确定,未见明显不良反应.[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of interferon plus andrographolide for the treatmentof children with hand-foot-mouth disease. [Methods] Totally 186 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group I was given intramuscular interferon and intravenous infusion of andrographolide once a day for 3 days. Group 11 was given interferon and group Ⅲ was given andrographolide alone with the same usage and dosage as group I . The disappearing time of fever and the healing time of skin rash of hand and foot and mouth ulcer were observed. [Results] The total effective rate of group I was obviously higher than that of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ, and the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0.01）, but there was no significant difference between group Ⅱ and groupⅢ （ P 〉0.05）. The disappearing time of fever and the healing time of skin rash of hand and foot and mouth ulcer in group I were better than those in group Ⅱand group Ⅲ, and the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 001）, but there was no significant difference between group II and group Ill （ P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The efficacy of interferon plus andrographolide for the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth is better than that of simple interferon or simple andrographolide. It has certain effect and no obvious adverse reaction.
