摘 要:故障树原理是故障诊断系统的基础,在研究液压系统的基础上,对故障树分析法的原理、建立过程及特点进行了阐述,并建立了液压系统的故障树。液压系统故障树是通过分析液压系统的故障形式、液压系统的结构、液压系统中的零部件与系统之间的逻辑关系而建立的。将故障树与PLC点位监测相结合,由数控系统给出专家结论,提供了一种故障树原理在故障诊断系统中的应用实例。这种液压故障诊断系统在实际应用中具有推广价值。Fault Tree theory is the foundation of the fault diagnosis system.On the basis of studying the hydraulic system,the principle of fault tree analysis,the process of building fault tree and its characteristics are introduced in this paper,and the Fault Tree of the hydraulic system was established as well.The Fault Tree of the hydraulic system was constructed according to the internal connection among the system and the logical relationship between the parts failure and the structure of the system.In addition combined with PLC monitoring,an expert's conclusion was offered by the numerical control system,which provides applying example of Fault Tree theory in fault diagnosis system.The fault diagnosis system of hydraulic is valuable in popularizing and applying in practice.
