摘　　要：Web技术的飞速发展使得基于Web的产品定制成为现实,结合了Web技术、产品定制和仿真技术的基于Web的产品定制与仿真系统,在为Web客户提供产品定制的同时可以进行定制产品的性能仿真,及时为客户提供产品性能信息,缩短了产品定制周期,提高了产品定制的效率和客户满意度。通过分析基于Web的产品定制与仿真系统的技术背景与现实需求,提出基于Web的定制系统的功能结构,探讨客户驱动的模块化产品配置技术,并研究基于Web的Matlab与Adams协同仿真实现技术,最终结合振动压路机产品的定制与仿真进行了初步的原型实现。The rapid development of web technology has realized the products customization,combined with the technology of web,customization and simulation,the products customization and simulation system based on web may shorten the customized cycle and improve the efficiency of products customization and satisfaction of customers,by providing the service of products quality simulation together with the products customization,which may provide products performance information in time.Through analyzing the technology background and reality demand of the products customization and simulation system based on web,the function structure of web based customization system is proposed and the technology of modularization product deployment driven by customer is discussed.Meanwhile,the realization of cooperative simulation combined Matlab with Adams based on web is studied.Thus a prototype system is finally established combining the products customization and simulation of vibrating road roller.
