摘　　要：所谓软件开发过程中的风险,指的是在软件的开发过程中,可能会遇到的关于进度和预算方面的问题,或者是这些问题对软件开发的影响。如果软件开发过程中的风险变为现实,就会增加项目成本、影响项目进度、打乱软件开发计划,甚至最终影响软件项目的实现。风险管理对于软件开发来讲,就是为了尽可能的降低风险发生概率。如果对软件开发中的风险管理不当,就会造成项目的超预算、延期或者项目失败。相反,良好的风险管理则可以造就一个成功的项目。因此,对于任何一个系统软件开发项目来讲,风险管理是项目管理中必不可少的。The so-called risk in software development process is that the issues you may encounter on schedule and budget or the impact of those issues in the software development process.If the risk in software development process becomes reality,it will increase project costs,impact the project schedule,disturb the software development plan and even ultimately affect the software project implementation.Risk management of software development is to reduce the probability of risk occurrence as much as possible.If risk management of the software development is not done properly,it will cause over budget,delayed or failure of the project.On the contrary,a good risk management can create a successful project.Therefore,for any system software development project,risk management is indispensable in project management.
