摘 要:采用零价铁去除不锈钢酸洗废水中的硝酸盐,探讨了初始pH、铁粉投加量、反应温度、共存离子等因素对处理效果的影响,并采用2种方法对实际酸洗废水进行处理。结果表明:较低的初始pH、较高的铁粉用量以及反应温度对零价铁脱氮反应均有促进作用,不同共存离子对硝酸盐氮的去除有不同的影响。反应产物以NH4+为主,达到64.4%,零价铁对模拟废水和实际废水的硝酸盐氮去除率分别为90.5%和61.6%。Zero-valent iron has been used for removing the nitrate from stainless steel acid pickling wastewater, l he effects of influencing factors, such as the initial pH, dosage of iron powder, reacting temperature, co-existing cations, etc. on the treatment effectiveness are investigated. Two methods are used for treating the pickling wastewater. The results show that lower initial pH, more iron powder dosage, and higher temperature have promoting effect on the denitrification of zero-valent iron. Different co-existing cations have different effects on the denitrification of nitrate nitrogen. The reacted product is mainly NH4+, reaching 64.4%. The removing effectiveness of zero-valent iron on ni- trate nitrogen in simulated wastewater and actual wastewater are 90.5% and 61.6%, respectively.
