摘　　要：通过对上海《民用建筑水灭火系统设计规程》(DGJ 08—94—2001)与国家相关消防规范在一些条文上的具体比较分析,得出该地方标准结合上海特点,某些内容与国家标准相比更为详尽和具体并具有可操作性,在有些方面结合了国际通用做法,具有一定的先导性和可借鉴性。After the comparative analysis of some of the articles in Code for Design of Water Extinguishing System of Civil Buildings （ DGJ 08 -94 -2001 ） and the national related fire codes, it is concluded that based on the Shanghai features, some of the contents in the local code are more detailed and operational compared with the national fire codes and standards. In addition, the local code is more advanced and referenced due to considering some international common practice.
