摘　　要：目的:为促进静脉用药集中调配工作标准化、规范化建设与管理提供参考。方法:介绍云南省卫生行政主管部门依托行业协会,制定本省的静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)验收标准和建立人员培训、考核办法的情况。结果与结论:以卫生行政主管部门作主导,行业协会作技术支撑,制定了可操作性强的PIVAS验收标准,共设检查项目73个,其中有10个否决条款,任何一条不合格即全项否决;同时,建立了完善的专业技术人员培训、考核办法,保证其高效、高质量地完成工作。相关措施对保证PIVAS科学、规范地建设和管理起着至关重要的作用。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the promotion of standardization construction and management of PIVAS. METHODS： The health administrative departments of Yunnan province established their own PIVAS acceptance criteria, personnel training and assessment methods depending on the industry associations. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The predominance of the health administrative departments and the technical sustainment of the industry associations play a role on the formulation of practical PIVAS acceptance criteria. There are 73 inspection items, of which 10 are rejected items. If any item is unqualified, all shall be rejected. The establishment of perfect professional technical training and assessment method guarantee effective and high quality of job. Relevant measures play an importance role in scientific and standardized construction and management of PIVAS.
