摘  要:目的:为预防全营养混合液(TNA)配置差错、缺陷,保障TNA配置安全提供参考。方法:在传统配置流程(传统组)基础上对易出错之处加强核对并进行标记处理建立改进方法(改进1组),在此基础上再增加全程核对程序并对相关人员进行科学排班(改进2组);3组各取2703、2900、2573袋进行差错、缺陷的统计分析。结果与结论:传统组、改进1组、改进2组发生差错、缺陷的数量分别为18(0.68%)、6(0.21%)、4(0.16%)袋,39(1.45%)、29(1.00%)、17(0.66%)袋;发生内差、外差数量分别为30、20、16袋,27、15、5袋。改进后通过建立严格的考核制度、增强核对次数、科学排班等措施提高了TNA配置质量。OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for preventing the mistakes and defects and ensure the safety of the preparation of TNA. METHODS : The process where it was easy to make mistake had been checked and marked to establish improved method (first improvement group) on the basis of traditional disposition process (traditional group). Whole check process was added addi- tionally and related staff should be arranged scientifically (second improvement group). 2 703 bags, 2 900 bags and 2 573 bags were selected from 3 groups and analyzed statistically in terms of mistake and defects. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The number of mistake and defect in traditional group, first improvement group and second improvement group were 18 bags (0.68%), 6 bags (0.21% ) and 4 bags (0.16 % ) ; 39 bags ( 1.45 % ), 29 bags ( 1.00 % ) and 17 bags (0.66 % ). The number of internal and external mistake in 3 groups were 30 bags, 20 bags and 16 bags; 27 bags, 15 bags and 5 bags, respectively. Improved method promotes the quality of disposition of TNA by establishing strict evaluation system, increasing check times, arranging staff scientifically.
