摘  要:[目的]了解医务人员乙肝疫苗复种意识与认知现状。[方法]以调查问卷形式,对承德市5所医院不同科室615名医务人员进行问卷调查。[结果]615份问卷调查,有效答卷610份。感染性疾病科人员对乙肝疫苗复种相关知识回答正确率最高,其次是内科、外科人员,管理人员回答正确率最低;内科、外科、医技、管理科室人员乙肝疫苗愿意复种率与感染性疾病科人员愿意复种率比较,差异均有统计学意义,P﹤0.01。[结论]需要通过各种各样的措施对医务人员进行乙肝疫苗复种加强免疫注射预防乙型肝炎相关知识的培训,促使他们不断了解和认识乙肝疫苗复种工作的重要性,从而加入到宣传乙肝疫苗复种预防乙型肝炎的队伍中来,推动承德市乙型肝炎预防工作的开展,降低人群中乙型肝炎发病率,提高群众的身体健康水平。[ Objective] To study the status of the difference of the consciousness of multiple Chronic Hepatitis B vaccine among medical servants. [Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted among 615 medical servants in different department from five hospitals in Chengde. [ Resultsl Within the 615 questionnaires, there were 610 effective responses. Medical staffs who worked in the infectious disease area had more relevant knowledge on receiinge booster dosage of hepatitis B vaccine, and followed by the staff work in medical and surgical area. The administrators had less hepatitis B vaccine relevant knowledge. There was significant difference in the willingness to receive booster dosage of hepatitis B vaccine between medical, surgical staff, technicians, administrator and staff who work with infectious diseases (P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] Lack of the knowledge of Chronic Hepatitis B is the main reason that disapprove multiple Chronic Hepatitis B vaccine. So it is necessary to introduce the knowledge of HBV-M Check and multiple Chronic Hepatitis B vaccine to all the medical servants in Chengde, prevent the Chronic Hepatitis B, and improve people's health.
