老年性糖尿病遗传度的研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究老年性糖尿病遗传程度,探讨其遗传方式。[方法]对糖尿病患者及对照逐个进行家系调查,将其一级亲属(包括双亲同胞和子女)的人数及患病情况记录于调查表中,根据Palconer公式分别计算老年性和非老年性糖尿病的遗传度。[结果]老年性糖尿病人患者一级亲属的患病率(2.4%)远高于非老年性(0.42%)。老年性糖尿病的遗传度为44.0%,非老年性糖尿病遗传度为67.1%。[结论]老年性糖尿病与遗传有关,符合多基因遗传。[Objective]To investigate the inheritance degree of aged diabetes and the way of its inheritance.[Methods]The diabetic patients and their genealogies were investigated,the number and the illness situation of their first degree relatives（including parents,brothers and sisters,sons and daughters）were recorded in the form,and the inheritance degree of the aged diabetes and the opposite were calculated with the Palconer Formula.[Results]The aged diabetes frequency rate of the first degree relatives（2.4%）was much higher than that of the first degree relatives of non-aged diabetes frequency rate of the first degree relatives（0.42%）.The inheritance degree of the aged diabetes was 44.0% and the opposite was 67.1%.[Conclusion]The aged diabetes is related to inheritance,which in accord with polygenic inheritance.
