吸入性扎那米韦治疗流行性感冒临床疗效评价

摘　　要：[目的]评价吸入性扎那米韦治疗流行性感冒的临床疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性随机对照研究,将2010年8月～2011年1月在我院就诊的符合纳入标准的发热流感样症状的病人70例随机分入吸入性扎那米韦组和常规治疗组,每组各35例,比较两组间的主要临床疗效指标的差异。[结果]吸入性扎那米韦组在体温起效时间、体温复常时间、流感症状缓解时间方面均短于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);吸入性扎那米韦组治疗后的流感病毒阴转率明显高于常规治疗组的流感病毒阴转率,二者间的比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。吸入性扎那米韦无明显不良反应,安全有效。[结论]吸入性扎那米韦能有效治疗甲型和乙型流感,临床疗效确切。[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of aspiration zanamivir in treatment of Influenza.[Methods]70 cases of flu-like symptoms in our hospital were collected from August 2010 to January 2011,and they were randomly divided into aspiration zanamivir treatment group and common control group,the differences of the clinical curative effect were observed.[Results]The body temperature of aspiration zanamivir treatment group was more improved,resumed and to reduced than that of control group;Influenza virus negative conversion rate of treatment group was higher than control group.There were statistical significance between the two groups patients.Aspiration zanamivir is safe and no side effect.[Conclusion]Aspiration zanamivir could effectively treat virus A and B antigens.
