摘　　要："沈阳模式"的新型社区管理模式已经推广到辽宁省各城市社区。尽管"沈阳模式"在民主建设方面取得了一些成就,但也有一些问题亟待解决。本文通过对沈阳市十几个城市社区的调查访谈,提出解决社区民主化问题的方案,探寻辽宁省城市社区民主建设新的发展路径。The new community administration model with Shenyang experience has been spread to each urban community all over the Liaoning province.Despite the achievements of the Shenyang model on democratic construction,there are some problems need to be solved.Based on investigation into tens of communities in Shenyang City,the author proposes a plan on the issue.
