摘　　要：朝鲜近期出现了加快经济改革的新动向,引起世界关注。朝鲜以往的经济改革具有表面性及摇摆性。朝鲜经济改革的障碍因素很多,主要是对政治稳定的担心、经济状况的制约以及缺少领军人物与舆论准备,还有国际势力的干扰。但朝鲜经济改革具有必然性,这是摆脱经济困境的唯一出路、实现政治稳定的必然选择、融入国际社会的必要条件。对朝鲜经济改革的曲折性、不确定性也应有充分的认识。Recently,North Korea speed up his pace on economic reform which draws global attention.Previously,such reform is undertaken superficially and discontinuously.Factors affecting economic reform of North Korea mainly come form worry for stable politics,restricted economic situation,and shortage for leading persons and public opinion preparation,as well as interfere from international powers.Nevertheless,to carry out economic reform is necessary for North Korea because it is the only way to dispel economic dilemma,realize political stability and merge into international society.We should fully understand the tortuous and uncertainty of the reform.
