基于GIS的延吉市城区居住用地适宜性分析

摘　　要：改革开放后,延吉市城市居住用地迅速增加,对其进行评价分析研究已成为城市规划和城市空间分析关键课题.本文基于城市物理和生态环境视角,利用GIS对延吉市城市居住用地适宜性进行分析.在居住用地的适宜性分析中,笔者主要利用GIS的缓冲区分析功能,确定延吉市的学校、噪音、医院、商业中心、公园及河流等影响范围.其次利用GIS的叠置分析功能,对上分析结果进行综合分析评价,最终得到延吉市城区各地段居住用地综合评价结果,并将结果划分为五个等级.The residential land has a rapid increase in Yanji City After the opening and reforms.So its analysis is a key issue for study urban planning and urban spatial analysis.This paper Based on the physical and urban environment,analyze the Suitability of residential land of Yanji City that use GIS spatial method.In the analysis of residential land,it has been mainly use the GIS buffer analysis function to determine the Yanji City schools,noise,hospitals,commercial centers,parks and rivers and other affected areas.Second,use GIS overlay analysis tool to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the results of the analysis.ultimately get around Yanji City comprehensive evaluation of the results section of residential land,and the results are divided into five levels.
