摘　　要：姜黄素是从姜黄中提取的一种植物多酚,具有抗癌等多种药理活性,且毒性较低,是很具有开发前景的药物。但是姜黄素在体外容易被氧化;在体内生物利用度低,研究合适的剂型是克服这些缺点的重要途径之一,本文着重介绍了微球、微乳、脂质体、Curcumin is a kind of phenolic substances extracted from Curcuma longa.It has widely pharmacological activities such as anti cancer effect and low-side effect,so it a kind of drug owning bright prospect.However,it is easily to be oxidized in vitro and has low bioavailability in vivo.To research a suitable dosage form for curcumin is an effective way to overcome these weaknesses.This article introduced the newly development of dosage forms of curcumin mainly about microsphere,microemulsion,liposome,dropping pill.
