摘　　要：钱伟长先生的大学管理思想,在于强调以管理观念创新为先导,以做好人的工作为根本,创新大学组织的制度体系和管理机制。其创新之处和实践成果主要体现在从观念创新入手拆掉"四垛墙",坚持科学发展理念,通过整合资源提升竞争实力,以知识管理激励持续创新,运用信息手段强化动态管理,依靠教师建立民主办学制度,努力推进依法治校等七个方面。Mr.Qian Weichang′s university management thought,lies in the emphasis paid to management thought innovation to innovate the institutional system and structure based on human-centered idea.Its innovation and achievements find expression in dismantling 'Four Walls' with innovation,in sticking to science-based development,in promoting competitiveness by integrating resources,in stimulating sustainable innovation with knowledge management,in strengthening dynamic management by using information technology,in establishing democratic school system by depending upon the teachers,and in advancing administration by law,etc.
