记忆金属胸部护板外固定治疗多根肋骨骨折  

Treatment of multiple fractured ribs with Chest Orthosis

摘　　要：目的总结记忆金属胸部护板外固定治疗多根肋骨骨折的临床效果。方法 108例多根肋骨骨折患者,采用记忆金属胸部护板行外固定(护板组);93例采用胸带或胸带加厚棉垫加压包扎传统外固定方法(对照组)。观察两组患者疼痛指数(VAS)、镇痛药用量、肺部并发症发生率及平均住院日。结果与对照组比较,护板组患者治疗1 h后疼痛明显好转,不同时点休息时和强制咳嗽时的VAS明显下降,镇痛药用量下降,肺部并发症发生率下降,平均住院日缩短。结论对无需手术内固定的患者,记忆金属胸部护板固定肋骨骨折区域,临床效果满意,是一种新型、简便实用的肋骨骨折外固定方法。[Objective] To summarize Chest Orthosis treatment and outcomes of patients with fractured ribs. [Mettiods] 108 cases with fractured ribs were treated with Chest Orthosis for external fixation （Chest Orthosis group）; 93 patients with traditional external fixation method （control group）. Observer two groups VAS, the amount of analgesic medicine, pulmonary complications, average hospital days. [ Results ] Compared with the control group, Chest Orthosis group significantly ease the pain after treated 1 hour. The amount of analgesic medicine, VAS, pulmonary complications decreased and average hospital stay days reduced. [ Conclusions] Using Chest Orthosis external fixation, the clinical results were satisfactory for none internal fixation of the patients. Chest Orthosis for fractured ribs is a new, simple and practical method of rib friacture fixation.
