摘 要:利用水热法制备了不同形貌的AgGd0.9Eu0.1(WO4)2红色发光材料,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱分析(EDS)、透射电镜(TEM)及荧光光谱(PL)对不同条件下制备样品的物相、形貌和荧光性质进行了表征,探讨了初始溶液的pH值和表面活性剂的种类对产物形貌和颗粒尺寸的影响.结果表明:本文所述条件下所得样品均属于单斜晶系;初始溶液的pH值和表面活性剂的种类对产物的形貌起关键作用.通过调整初始溶液的pH值和表面活性剂的种类,可以得到不同粒径的球形、棒状和空心球形颗粒;AgGd0.9Eu0.1(WO4)2的发射光谱表现为Eu3+离子的特征发射,样品颗粒的形貌以及颗粒尺寸对发射光谱的强度有一定影响.The hyperfine red phosphors, Eu^3+ doped AgGd(WO4)2, with various shapes have been pre- pared by a simply hydrothermal synthesis procedure. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron micros- copy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and photolu- minescence (PL) spectroscopy were used to characterize the products. A series of controlled experiments indicate that the shape and size of as-prepared architectures can be tuned effectively by controlling the reaction conditions, such as pH values of the initial solution and different kinds of surfactants. The results of XRD indicated that all of the synthesized samples were monocline phase. The pH value of the starting solution and the surfactant played a key role in the formation of products with different morphologies. Spherical, rod-like and hollow spherical particles could be obtained with different particle size by adjusting the reaction condition. AgGdo.9Euo.l(WO4)2 emission spectrum showed the characteristic emission of Eu^3+. The luminescence intensity of the synthesized samples can be influenced by the morphology and the size of particles.
