摘 要:北京正负电子对撞机重大改造工程(简称BEPCⅡ)采用了超导射频技术,超导腔设备在与低温恒温器总装之前,必须进行液氦温度下垂直位置的性能测试。测试杜瓦的绝热性能对超导腔的垂直测试性能产生直接影响,准确测算测试杜瓦的漏热量对垂直测试方案的制定、减少液氦消耗量具有重要的指导意义。对测试杜瓦的主要漏热部分进行了计算,同时以液氮和液氦为工质进行了实验比较,计算与实验的结果比较表明,两者的误差较小。因此,通过详细的设计计算可以获得准确的漏热量,确定主要漏热部位,并提出改进方案。The superconducting radio frequency(SRF) technology has been used for Beijing Electron Position Collider Ⅱ(BEPCⅡ).Superconducting cavity device must be made an experiment of the performance in the vertical position at liquid helium temperature before assembling in the cryostat.Heat loss influences the performance test result of superconducting cavity directly.It is very important to calculate the quality of heat loss accurately to optimize the plan of the vertical test and reduce the consumption of liquid helium.The main parts of heat loss of Dewar were calculated,and experiments were done using liquid nitrogen and liquid helium.Comparing the calculation with the experiment result,it was concluded that the error is smaller.This research showed that it was possible to set the accurate quantity and main channel of heat loss through a detailed calculation and offered some reference for the use and improvement of the test Dewar.
