广东省新型农村合作医疗满意度及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:调查广东省新农合整体满意度及对经办机构制定的各项政策满意度,探讨影响新农合整体满意度的重要因素,改进和完善新型农村合作医疗各项政策,为新农合的可持续发展提供科学依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样,根据人均GDP将全省分为好、中、差三类地区,然后对入选地区的农民进行随机抽查,共收回2294份。结果:农民对新农合的整体满意度是88.8%。新农合的整体满意度与报销比例、报销手续、报销的病种范围、宣传力度、筹资方式、服务态度、运行管理和监督方式有关。结论:农户对新农合的整体满意率较高。报销比例、报销手续、报销的病种范围、宣传力度、筹资方式、服务态度、运行管理和监督方式是影响新农合整体满意度的重要因素。Objective To survey the satisfaction on the New Rural Cooperative Medical System and its related policies in Guangdong, study its influencing factors, and provide scientific references for its sustainable development. Methods Regions in Guangdong were divided into three parts based on its per capita GDP. Then samples were chosen by stratified randomized cluster sampling and surveyed. Results The peasants＇ overall satisfaction rate on the New Rural Cooperative Medical System was 88.8% , which was related with factors of ratio, procedures and range of reimburses, propaganda, financing, services, operation and supervi- sion. Conclusion The peasants were satisfied on the New Rural Cooperative Medical System. Its main influencing factors were ra- tio, procedures and range of reimburses, propaganda, financing, services, operation and supervision.
