摘  要:研究了不同热处理工艺对含Nb低温钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,铸态组织为细片状珠光体+块状铁素体,热处理后均为回火索氏体。3种热处理工艺中淬火+调质工艺的性能最优、正火+调质的略有降低,退火+调质的最差。含Nb低温钢淬火+调质处理后-20℃、-40℃夏比冲击功AKV分别达到45.7 J和29.9 J,抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别为1010 MPa、910 MPa和19.5%。Effects of different heat treatment processes on microstructure and properties of Nb-containing cryogenic steels were investigated.The results show that microstructure of the steel as cast is fine lamellar pearlite and blocky ferrite and that after heat treatments is tempered sorbite.The mechanical properties are best after quenching+quenching and tempering,a little lower after normalizing+quenching and tempering,and worst after annealing+quenching and tempering.The Charpy-V impact energies are 45.7 J and 29.9 J respectively tested at-20 ℃ and-40 ℃,and the tensile strength,yield strength and percentage elongation after fracture are 1010 MPa,910 MPa and 19.5% respectively after quenching+quenching and tempering.
