摘 要:通过对45钢进行预备热处理+亚温淬火+回火处理,探讨亚温淬火前的预备热处理和亚温淬火温度对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,亚温淬火对钢性能的影响主要取决于残留铁素体的形态和数量。淬火+高温回火作为预备热处理,亚温淬火后残留铁素体为细小的针状,可提高45钢性能;而退火作为预备热处理,亚温淬火后残留铁素体粗大不匀,使45钢性能降低。随亚温淬火温度提高,残留铁素体的数量减少,钢的强度、硬度提高,塑性、韧性下降。与传统的淬火工艺相比,合适的亚温淬火工艺可提高45钢的强韧性,从而获得良好的力学性能。Influence of pre-heat treatment and subcritical quenching temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 45 steel was investigated through pre-heat treatment+subcritical quenching+tempering.The results show that mechanical properties of the steel depend on shape and quantity of retained ferrite after subcritical quenching.If quenching+high temperature tempering was used for pre-heat treatment,the retained ferrite became fine and needle-shape and mechanical properties of the steel increased after subcritical quenching.If annealing was used for pre-heat treatment the retained ferrite became coarse and mechanical properties of the steel decreased.With the subcritical quenching temperature increasing,the quantity of retained ferrite reduces and the strength and hardness of the steel are enhanced and the plasticity and toughness are decreased.Comparing with the conventionally quenching process,higher mechanical properties of 45 steel can be obtained by proper subcritical quenching process.
