摘　　要：民用机场作为地方经济社会发展的发动机和助推器,在转变经济发展方式和调整经济结构中的战略作用日趋明显。随着新一轮西部大开发向纵深推进,以及两江新区、成渝经济区、西咸新区的协同发展,重庆、成都、西安三大机场有必要转变目前的"零合博弈"竞争,转而达成战略联盟,共同担当西部民航助推"西三角"成为中国经济第四增长极的发展重任。"西三角"大型机场战略联盟的制度条件可从三个层面考量:政府制度保障、联盟规划的规范设计、管理型机场转型。As engine and booster of local economic and social development,the civil airport＇s role become increasingly obvious in the transformation of the mode of economic development and the adjustment of economic structure.With the further promotion about a new round of the great development of the west,and coordinated development of New Liangjiang,Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Area,Xi＇an-Xianyang New Area,it is necessary to change the current ＂zero-sum game＂ competition of Chongqing,Chengdu,Xi＇an three big airport,turn to a strategic alliances,common bear the important responsibility of development——the western civil aviation thrusting ＂The Western Triangle＂ become the fourth growth pole of China＇s economic.This paper probes into the motivation of ＂The Western Triangle＂ strategic alliance of large airports,be based on the analysis of the operation form concerning the airport＇s strategic alliance,and put forward the system conditions regard to construct ＂The Western Triangle＂ airport＇s strategic alliance from three aspects.
