摘　　要：文章对非营利性数字图书馆信息披露的必要性和特性进行探讨,并分别从非营利性数字图书馆信息披露的内容与机制两个方面加以阐释。This paper discusses the necessity and characteristics of information disclosure for the non - profit digital library in china, and explains content and mechanism of information disclosure of the non - profit digital library.
