摘 要:测量了大气压环境下氩气空心针—板放电等离子体中原子与分子谱线强度的空间分布,分析了等离子体中电子能量的空间分布。实验利用空心针—板放电装置,得到了约3cm长的放电等离子体弧。在300~800nm范围内采集发射光谱,发现了强度较高的ArⅠ谱线、N2第二正带系谱线C 3Πu(ν′=0)→B3Πg(ν″=0)以及强度较弱的OⅠ谱线。实验测量了N2谱线(337.1,357.6及380.4nm)、氩原子谱线(696.54,763.51,772.42及794.82nm)和OⅠ777.2nm谱线强度的空间分布,结果表明:氮分子谱线强度由弧根开始逐渐升高,当距离弧根12mm时强度达到最大值并开始下降;氩原子谱线强度由弧根到弧梢逐渐降低;氧原子谱线强度从弧根开始逐渐升高,当距离弧根6mm时强度达到最大值并开始下降。定性地讨论了等离子体弧中电子能量分布,发现距离弧根为6mm处电子能量最高,而弧根处电子能量最低。In the present work,the spatial distributions of spectrum intensity of molecule and atom in the plasma generated inhollowneedle-plate discharge in atmosphere were measured,and the spatial distribution of electron energy in plasma was ana-lyzed.A plasma about 3cm long is generated by using a hollowneedle-plate discharge device.By collecting optical emission spec-trum from 300to 800nm,it was found that the spectrum consists of strong ArⅠlines,strong second positive band system ofN2,and weak OⅠline.The spatial distributions of spectrum intensity of ArⅠ(696.54,763.51,772.42,and 794.82nm),band N2(337.1,357.6,and 380.4nm),and OⅠ777.2nm were measured.The ArⅠlines decreased gradually from the arcroot.The N2lines increased gradually from the arc root and declined when they reached a maximum at 12mm away from the arcroot.The intensity of OⅠincreased from the arc root and declined when it reached a maximum at 6mm away from the arc root.The spatial distribution of electron energy in plasma was analyzed qualitatively from the spatial distribution of spectrum intensitygiven above.It was found that the electrons located at 6mm away from the arc root have high energy,while they have low ener-gy at arc tip.
